Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Onboarding: Assisting new hires with end to end work pass application paperworks and orientation to Company.
- Employee Records: Maintaining accurate records of employee details, job history, and performance evaluations and ensure record keeping is organised, complete and accurate.
- Payroll Support: Assisting with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Scheduling: Coordinating HR-related schedules, including interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local employment laws and company policies.
- HR Projects: Assisting on data entry with HR related value added projects for Company.
Essential Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in HR field preferably in process or construction sector
2. Possess some basic business acumen
3. Familiar with MOM regulations and work pass application procedures (end to end from application to cancellation)
4. Well versed in MS Excel, Word, other basic softwares
5. Meticulous and organised in data entry and records
