i) Collect, scan and upload documents following
set procedures.
ii) Issue letters and receipts concerning the
documents in circulation.
iii) Assist to process the application of site entry
passes for all workers and staff.
iv) Notify personnel of updated document
versions and how to access them.
v) Print and distribute documents as necessary.
vi) Work with documents and records across
various departments, including human
resources, marketing and construction.
vi) Prepare updates and respond to client’s
requests for information about project status.
vii) Manage feedback, queries and resolve
complaints from public in a tactful and
professional manner
viii) Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
