- Working hours: 9am to 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Basic Salary + Commission + Incentives + (AWS & VB)
- Uncapped Commission & Incentive Package included whereas you can double your base salary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 360 end-to-end recruitment process
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to client's requirement
- Provide good customer service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Obtained CEI certification will be an added advantage
- Experience in Recruitment, Sales/Client Services preferred.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly initiative and motivated individual.
