As a HR Associate, you will be an asset to our HR/People team, where your role is strategic in partnering our business leaders to attract, build and grow the teams as well as championing and advocating our unique company culture.
As the brand ambassador of SearchAsia, you will get to be the first touchpoint or representative of our team which is integral in our talent acquisition process! You will need to play a proactive role in connecting and networking with talents and responsible for initiating recruitment and employer branding projects to shape the organization.
What your ‘day to day’ looks like:
· Be creative in expanding the company’s presence & outreach to develop a talent pipeline for the organisation’s growth
· Maintain and develop your talent network to understand the industry’s latest developments and connect SearchAsia to top-tier talents
· Interview and assess candidates’ technical and personal suitability for our organisation
· Be an advocate and custodian of SearchAsia’s organisation culture and values
· Manage end to end recruitment cycle for the business and constantly seeking ways to improve the interview experience
· Initiate and drive talent acquisition and employer branding projects including campus engagement, social media marketing and outreach, digital branding
· Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, and employee relations.
