Job duties:
- Dealing with tender and request for quotation, amending order to align with customers
- Creating risk management check list to showcase management
- Organizing systems like mechanical, electrical and tender preparation, submission to ensure completeness, quality, technical and risk compliance
- Analysing bill of quantities, price schedules, cost/quotes, financial data and commercial contract to ensure technical compliance
- Conducting manpower planning with project to come up with project organization chart
- Adjusting quotation to avoid rejection and margin slippage and to prepare Tender cost summary for management approval
- Provide tender interview presentation during tender negotiable phrase
- Reviewing tender and meetings making sure 100% finish before handling to project manager
- Dealing with weekly tender report
- Experience in mechanical & electrical projects tender
- Multinational corporation
