Executive Secretary
Role:
Supporting the Chairman of the company, you will be working closely with administrative staff to ensure smooth operations for the Chairman and will be reporting to the Director of HR.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 10 years of experience in a secretarial role.
- You will need to be highly organised and detail-oriented, as well as have strong follow-through skills to keep on top of your responsibilities.
- Being discreet when dealing with confidential matters and being flexible to respond to urgent matters outside of working hours will be required of this incumbent.
