Planning & Publicity Manager

Natural Health Solutions Programme Holdings (group) Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinating external exchanges and receptions, conference affairs, and activities, such as planning, organizing, and preparing various meetings and activities that comply with regulations, the company's external communication through letters and phone calls, and responsible for the company's official external documents and correspondence.

2. Manuscript Publicity: Responsible for the organization’s external publicity and event reporting. Assist superiors in preparing various documents and materials, copywriting planning, etc.

3. Organizational operation and maintenance: including but not limited to membership system management, event planning, association publicity, etc.

4. Responsible for company planning and publicity and product marketing planning.

5.Responsible for the company's new media operations, independent maintenance of new media platforms, and corporate culture construction.

6. Based on publicity needs, put forward feasible promotion and promotion suggestions.

7.Responsible for writing copywriting for reporting and publicity to enhance the company's brand image.

8. Design: Company culture wall, website, logo, Outer packaging, picture album, etc. design.


Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in publicity and design.

2. More than 2 years of work experience in the publicity and planning industry, with strong copywriting skills.

3. Have strong planning and program design capabilities.

4. Have the ability and experience in modern new media promotion and application.

5. Cheerful and optimistic, hard-working, willing to accept higher challenges, and able to withstand greater work pressure.

6. Proficient in using various drawing software and related APPs.

7. Proficient in new media operation rules such as TK, Xiaohongshu, IG, FB, Google Review, etc.

8. It requires excellent language organization skills and strong writing skills, clear logical thinking, excellent overall planning capabilities, and familiarity with government department policies.
