Admin Assistant

Weima Builders Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
  • Maintain filing systems as assigned.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning.
  • Assist in getting quotations from sub-contractors.
  • Assist the Contracts team for tender submissions (knowledge in drawings is a bonus).
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE 'N' level or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Prior experience in Construction contracts/tender team is a plus.
