Responsibilities
- Offer technical support to customers (Semicon test products).
- Assist with product installation, configuration, and optimization.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to address customer needs and provide feedback.
- Perform field testing and gather customer insights for product improvement.
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- No experience candidate is welcomed to apply
