We are looking for a candidate to independently administrate the transport operation of our company's various projects.
The role is multi faceted, and has deep involvement in customer service, transport co-ordination, planning and deployment of routes. Having an eye for safety procedures and being careful and meticulous is an important attribute of this position. The ability to communicate and manage bus crew is critical for the success in this role.
The candidate is required to:
1. Receive route orders and plan on-boarding procedures for passengers;
2. Co-ordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries and process of onboarding;
3. Plan, route and co-ordinate with suitable drivers on their routes;
4. Assist in training and ensuring that service quality is upheld;
5. Deal with feedback, queries and complaints positively;
6. Other duties as required to fullfil the requirement of the position.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have the following attributes:
1. Strong spoken and written communication skills, patient and is able and comfortable in communicating with people from all walks of life;
2. Meticulous, able to multi-task and is focused in cordinating the tasks on hand to ensure deliverables are met to customers' satisfaction;
3. Strong team player;
4. Able to adopt IT processes, is adept in the use of technology and can train drivers in the use of technology to facilitate the workflow;
5. Good sense of road direction;
6. Able to adapt and work comfortably under pressure;
7. A willing and cheerful learner and worker.
The chosen candidate is expected to sign a contract of 2 years as you will undergo 3 months of training.
