1) Provides a professional level of executive support to Management staff to ensure that work functions operate as seamlessly as possible
2) Handles incoming and outgoing email correspondence effectively
3) Drafts and prepares written correspondence effectively
4) Follows through on all outstanding matters ensuring that open issues are effectively resolved
5) Ensures that all invoices, etc. have the necessary approvals before following through on payments
6) Assist and administer HR Matters and documents
7) Performs duties in a highly conĂdential and ethical manner
8) Any other duties as may be assigned.
