Job Description
- Issue order and release EMTU/Heya Stock
- Follow up after 6pm sales and weekend sales
- Allocate Sim Cards via MTPOS system
- Update daily EMTU sell out figure
- Raise PO, Credit note, Debit note, Sales Order, Stock Return and other sponsor form or approval from time to time
- Submit EMTU application in Singtel Portal System
- Follow up all the change of retail address/name/MSISDN/email address and submit to Singtel
Requirements
- GCE “O” level and above
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Min. 1 year of admin experience
- Good working attitude
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Able to start immediate (Optional)
- 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday from 9am to 12pm)
