Job Description
- Professionally manage multi-channel interactions such as calls, email, social media, mobile apps and in-person enquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Explore and introduce different type of services and products that are available to our customers
- Analyzing customer intention in order to assist customers to your best abilities possible
- Performing general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintaining and updating customer’s records
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ levels
- At least 1 year experience in Call Centre, banking or customer service environment
- Good command of spoken and written English (Mandarin speaking would be a plus point to communicate with our Chinese speaking customers)
- Positive attitude, independent, able to multi-task and is a team player
- Pleasant voice, attentive listening and good communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications
Additional Information
- This position is a 1-year contract - potential contract renewal subjected to performance
- working hours will be based on rotational shifts (required to work on weekends and public holidays)
