About this role:
We are looking for a Game Operations Associate. In this role, you are responsible for the daily operation and management of game products, continuously monitoring and optimizing product performance. You will also propose product improvement plans through data analysis and user feedback to enhance user experience and achieve data growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze operational data, respond promptly to abnormal fluctuations, and provide data-driven solutions.
- Follow up on the performance of new features, events, and game launches, collect user feedback, conduct data reviews, and promote product iteration and optimization.
- Manage related configurations in the operations backend, including commercialization, tracking statistics, and warning monitoring.
- Assist in resolving user issues, extract user needs from feedback, and drive product improvements to optimize user experience.
- Collaborate across departments, closely working with marketing, business, and technical teams to ensure information synchronization and effective implementation of requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in data analysis, computer science, marketing, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome! As long as you are passionate about the gaming industry with strong industry insights.
- Data-sensitive and skilled at identifying and diagnosing issues through data.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with good communication skills and a team spirit.
