Position: Barista Supervisor
Salary: S$ 2,800-3,300
Working Days & Hours: 5 days work week
Working Location: Chinatown (New opening from Nov onwards)

Job Duties:
1. Ensure smooth running of all bar operations in the absence of the Assistant Bar Manager or Bar Manager
2. Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar staff
3. Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual
4. Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner
5. Ensure all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure
6. Ensure that all staff arrive to work on time and in correct uniform and name badge as per weekly rota
7. Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required of a four star Hotel establishment in accordance with the standards of procedures manual
Job Requirements:
1. At least 2 year of experiences in F&B industry
2. Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred
