This position is a 1-month contract starting November 2024, 6 days work week from 9am to 6pm.
- Receive instructions from handover team the schedule appointment for handing over of each and every property unit. Any changes of the appointment has to be notified immediately
- To carry out pre-inspection of the unit prior to handover
- To brief owner(s) the development facilities (if necessary), resident's handbook, relevant operating manuals, warranties in relation to the various appliances and accessories during the handover
- To go through handbook check list with owner(s)
- To ensure owners sign the check list and acknowledge the successful handover
