Responsibilities
- Propose, plan, and execute in-store events and customer engagement activities to maximize sales, support seasonal product launches, and acquire/engage customers.
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing seasonal marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, and customer service) to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with brand objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and campaign direction.
- Support the management and monitoring of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and providing regular updates on expenditure and ROI.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring positive guest experiences and brand representation.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies and tactics to drive traffic and engagement at events and in-store experiences.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret event data and attendee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Create and manage content for marketing collateral, social media, and email campaigns to support product launches and events.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Foster partnerships with local influencers, vendors, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to continuously enhance marketing strategies and tactics.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in planning and executing product launches and events
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate well at all levels
