Job Responsibilities:
Manage sales support operations, including order processing, customer service, and inventory management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Key Duties:
- Place supplier orders within 48 hours based on customer forecasts and purchase orders (PO), and provide timely updates on stock availability.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless delivery of goods to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to check stock availability and resolve any discrepancies.
- Process customer orders and create regular reports on outstanding orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, and remind customers to address slow-moving stock and avoid dead stock.
- Assist with managing accounts receivable (AR) and support collections when necessary.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, responding promptly to urgent customer requests.
- Conduct monthly or bi-monthly visits to customers to follow up on issues, stock levels, AR, and business updates.
- Ensure all documentation complies with tax regulations.
- Handle operational tasks through IG-Flow as needed.
- Investigate negative gross margins (GM) and take corrective actions.
- Organize and manage document filing systems.
- Oversee Letter of Credit (LC) transactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to manage stock adjustments and resolve supplier shortages.
- Provide support to the team during absences or as required.
- Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by supervisors as needed.
