Responsibilities:
- To support sales team to identify business opportunity by meeting corporate customers.
- Analyze customer business needs, provide pre-sales consultancy or support service and propose solutions.
- Prepare solution proposals, proof of concept and solution / service demonstration.
- Work with internal and external parties on solution design and project implementation.
- Liaise with solution vendors for new solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above major in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields.
- Solid domain knowledge and business analysis experience in Wealth Management Solution / FinTech Solution: ie, Credit Analysis; Client On-Boarding; Order Management and etc.
- More than 5 years working experiences on technical analyst, specialist or consultant role.
- Experience in Solution Consultant will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate and drive discussion across business functions and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving and user support skills.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery.
