Responsibilities
- Handle all data entry using ERP system and excel.
- Generate quotations, delivery orders and invoices.
- Issuance of work orders to production.
- Handle emails and phone calls.
- Manage and purchase office stationery and inventory.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents.
- Fulfill any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in administrative roles, preferably with engineering firms.
- Proficient in ERP system,MS Excel and Word.
- Able to write proper emails in English.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle customers.
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks.
- Have good team-work spirit, willing to help out in other departments.
- Possess the flexibility and willingness to learn new things to gain skills, especially interpreting simple sheet metal drawings, needed for promotion opportunities.
