We are looking for a System Owner to join the Hand Over department at Site:
Main responsibilities:
- To collaborate on the preparation of the database of the HCS software.
- To review the systematization of the Project prepared by Commissioning, to guarantee that it is appropriate for the Project.
- ·To collaborate on the creation of control forms for both Pre-commissioning and Commissioning.
- To establish the SystemCompletion meetings, involving different departments and disciplines for a proper coordination and milestone achievement focusing.
- To keep in HCS software the tracking of the pending tasks and the documentation associated for the achievement of the milestones of the operating systems under his responsibility.
- To assure the information flow referred to the systems, coordinate all the disciplines to achieve finishing the pending tasks on the systems and collect all the documentation generated, according to the priorities established by Pre-commissioning / Commissioning.
- Responsible for claiming all the documentation not received form the unfinished Systems as well as the pending tasks in every Systemclose to be handed over in the Project, according to the specifications of the Contract and the list of priorities decided by Planning.
- Responsible for organizing, coordinating and leading, during its performance on site, the Walkthroughs of every operating system under his responsibility.
- To coordinate the consolidation of the Master Punch List in HCS-W&P software, generated after performing the walkthrough.
- To collaborate with the Handover Document Controller on the preparation of dossiers and getting the signatures for the different certificates.
- Responsible to organize with the Punch list Controller the preparation of the Master Punch List.
- To activate the punch closure following the priorities of the Project.
- To assist and help the Client in the process of signing the punches for their closure
- Responsible for tracking, communicating and assuring the closure of the existing punches by the Subcontractor and the Client.
- Responsible to keep updated and aligned the status of the punches in HCS-W&P software.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as System Owner in oil and gas construction projects.
Work place: Jurong Island
Working hours: 60 per week
