Responsibilities
• Coordination between customers and operations
• Support and growth and business development team
• Assist the Head Operations/Business Development Director in resolving operations issues
• Arrange to meet up with clients and take charge of ad hoc projects and events
• Liaising with clients on their requirements
• Conducting incident and accident investigations and report writing where necessary
• Manage day-to-day deployment of busses and drivers
• Tabulate summary report for finance to prepare for billing (project basis)
• Prepare and submit driver clearance to clients if any
• Pass log sheet to clients
• Provide clients with the vehicle details
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements
- 2-5 years' proven track record in transportation industry.
- Experienced in fleet management will be desirable.
- Computer literate.
- Good comminication and planning /scheduling skills
- Strong team player and excellent leadership.
- A quick thinker, fast and alert at tll times
