We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a IT Sales and Staff Augmentation Intern. This role will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in sales administration, staff augmentation, and content creation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing sales processes, including order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sales records and data.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Staff Augmentation team to source and recruit qualified candidates for temporary staffing needs.
- Prepare and manage contracts for staff augmentation projects
- Write engaging content about projects, including case studies, blog posts, and presentations and collaborate with the Marketing and contribute to the development of marketing materials.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing project progress and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Business Unit or Margaret to ensure timely delivery of reports
- Prior experience in IT sales or a related field would be a significant advantage.
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key clients.
- Support the Key Account Managers in developing and executing account strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify client needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Monitor and track client engagement and feedback to improve service delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
PROFILE
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Mandarin would be additional advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
