Job Duties
•Handle daily admin and front desk duties
•Handle enquiries, present our programmes, match appropriate tutors and mentors.
•Arrange class schedules and feedback for parents, students and tutors
•Arrange invoicing and payments
•Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and partners, manage external agencies and clients to boost sales
•Assist in marketing content curation for above and below the line marketing activities (Blog articles, Instagram, Tik Tok, Videos, Website, Brochures, Wechat, Xiaohongshu)

•Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications (such as Canva); proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese (Command of Korean and Japanese are welcomed as well)

•Take ownership and ensure that brand activities align consistently with the company’s mission and vision
Additional Details
Working Days: 2 Weekdays.
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm*
*This is an In-Person office role
Salary: $15/hour. Additional performance and team bonuses apply for each new student onboarded.

•Annual stipend of $200 for Specialist claim
•Annual stipend of $100 for Dental claim
•Annual stipend of $200 for Personal Development
