Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Singapore
Salary Range: $2500 - $3500 (based on experience)
Job Overview:
By Design is looking for a committed and skilled Site Supervisor to manage renovation projects, ensuring smooth execution, safety, and high-quality standards across all job sites. The successful candidate will act as the key link between the interior design team, contractors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safe work practices and proper job execution.
- Manage project documentation, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with the design team, contractors (Mandarin-speaking), and clients.
- Handle incident investigations and recommend solutions.
- Assist with ad hoc assignments as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
- Preferred to have own vehicle for site visits.
- Proven experience in interior renovation and site supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking contractors.
- No specific educational background required; experience is prioritized.
