Business Development Executive

Bayswater Ap Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and presentations that resonate with target audiences.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on business goals.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to provide regular updates to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience with an established network within the industry
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good business negotiation and presentation skills
