Job Description:
As the Senior Human Resource Executive, you will be a key player in ensuring the efficient execution of HR functions, from recruitment to payroll processing. In this role, you will collaborate closely with department heads to support recruitment needs, administer payroll, and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. You will also play a critical role in supporting employee engagement programs and fostering a positive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with department heads to assess recruitment needs, source candidates, manage job advertisements, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Payroll Processing: Manage payroll, including CPF contributions, employee tax filings, and commission calculations. Handle payroll-related queries and ensure timely processing of all reports.
- Employee Engagement & Training: Support staff engagement programs and assist in identifying gaps in HR processes. Lead junior staff and organize team-building activities.
- HR Strategies & Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals, such as recruitment retention, succession planning, and performance management.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain and update recruitment reports, manage employee documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
