Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Solution Design: Work with clients to understand their needs and design custom CCTV, IoT, smart tech, and surveillance solutions that meet technical and business requirements.
- Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct live or virtual product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concept (PoC) for clients to showcase the value of solutions.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to create compelling proposals, including technical documentation, cost estimations, and system designs.
- Client Consultation: Act as a technical consultant during the pre-sales phase by answering client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product recommendations tailored to their business objectives.
- Site Surveys: Conduct site assessments to determine customer needs, infrastructure, and how best to integrate CCTV, IoT, and smart technologies.
- RFP & Tender Support: Provide technical support in responding to RFPs and tenders, ensuring that all client requirements are met with the appropriate technology solutions.
- Collaborative Solution Development: Work closely with internal sales, product, and project teams to ensure alignment on solutions and seamless handover to post-sales teams.
- Training & Enablement: Support the sales team with technical knowledge transfer and training, ensuring they are equipped to discuss technical solutions with clients.
- Industry & Product Expertise: Stay current with emerging trends, products, and technologies in CCTV, IoT, smart tech, and surveillance to ensure the most innovative solutions are provided to clients.
- Customer Support During Trials: Provide technical support to customers during trial phases, ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role, preferably within CCTV, IoT, smart technology, or surveillance systems.
- Strong understanding of security systems architecture, including CCTV, IP cameras, VMS (Video Management Systems), and IoT solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing integrated security and smart tech solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols, especially as they relate to IP-based systems and IoT devices.
- Experience with site surveys, system designs, and cost estimations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
