Solution Sales Manager (CBD/ MNC/ IoT Project/ CCTV/ Smart Tech/ Surveillance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in CCTV, IoT, Smart Tech, and surveillance systems.
  • Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, build a robust pipeline of potential clients, and drive business in key verticals (e.g., real estate, manufacturing, government, smart cities).
  • Solution Selling: Lead consultative sales by assessing client needs and delivering custom solutions that integrate CCTV, IoT, and smart technologies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proposal & Bid Management: Develop winning proposals and respond to RFPs, ensuring competitive positioning of the company’s smart and surveillance solutions.
  • Product & Technical Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in CCTV, IoT, and smart technologies, and effectively communicate these to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to keep the company’s offerings at the cutting edge.
  • Training & Mentorship: Provide product training and sales mentoring to junior team members, helping to build a strong, knowledgeable sales force.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Manage the sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and report on sales performance to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of solution-based sales experience in CCTV, IoT, smart technologies, surveillance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals with large enterprises and manage long sales cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, IoT devices, smart city technologies, and integrated surveillance systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers and ability to propose cost-effective, scalable solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
