Roles & Responsibilities
. General office admin and maintenance of office.
. Reconcile monthly banking statements with invoices, payment vouchers
. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
. Keep track of accounts, filing, update and keep track of client and projects data sheet for tracking of billing and of project reference.
. Prepare financial reports and statements
. Any other office related admin tasks assigned.
. Any adhoc duty
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in accounting system and use of Microsoft office
• knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of working knowledge and experience
