- Proven track record as a successful CEO or senior executive in a technology-driven company.

- Proven experience in driving business growth in Southeast Asia and China markets.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Deep understanding of the technology industry and market dynamics.

- Experience in working with industry associations or interest groups.

- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese as you will be communicating with clients and partners from China/ Hong Kong.
