Key Responsibilities:
- Review Daily Sales Transactions: Analyze daily sales and various vouchers to ensure accuracy.
- GST Reconciliation: Ensure pre-GST sales accuracy and reconcile GST amounts.
- Receipt Management: Record and reconcile all receipts, including credit cards, cash, and vouchers.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly net sales reports for landlords.
- Support Audits and Compliance: Assist with audits, corporate tax filings, and GST tasks.
- Branch Coordination: Manage requests for invoices and supplies from different branches.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum “Nitec” in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience

- Location: Near Aljunied MRT walking distance to office.
- Salary: Up to $2800
- Hours: Monday – Friday (Office Hours)
