- Report directly to the Restaurant Manager on daily operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service, warmly welcoming guests and ensuring their dining experience is delightful.
- Set up the restaurant meticulously for opening and maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area.
- Understand the menu thoroughly to offer informed recommendations and promote food sales.
- Engage with guests proactively, anticipating their needs and conducting quality checks throughout their meals.
- Handle inquiries and concerns professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and staff to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold food hygiene and safety protocols, contributing to a safe dining environment.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails is a plus.
- Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in hotel or fine dining is advantageous.

- Working Days/Hours: Split shifts and day shifts available.
- Salary: Up to $3500.
