  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Project Management teams, working closely with the Design and Production teams to manage site installations and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Project teams to manage project schedules, monitor progress, and track design changes, client decisions, progress billings, and other administrative tasks.
  • Oversee contract management, with occasional responsibilities to attend site meetings, conduct surveys/measurements, and liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on installation, defect rectifications, and maintenance matters.
  • Assist with sales inquiries, tenders, and quotations, coordinating product design requests with in-house designers and managing indoor sales inquiries.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system, including conducting database research, managing email marketing campaigns, and generating management reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, tender documents, and sales presentations/proposals.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as answering calls and other tasks as assigned.
