The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cryptocurrency Swap & Payment Services Product Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of our product roadmap, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers. You will work closely with our IT team, banking partners, and other stakeholders to drive product innovation and deliver a world-class cryptocurrency management and payment solution. You will also play a key role in collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment between product development and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cryptocurrency swap and payment services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Translate user needs and market insights into actionable product requirements.
- Product Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with the IT team to define technical specifications and ensure successful product development and implementation.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Work closely with banking partners to ensure seamless integration and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Cryptocurrency Swap & Payment Operations:
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency swap and payment operations, including transaction processing, settlement, and security.
- Develop and optimize processes to ensure efficient and secure operations.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the cryptocurrency space.
- Banking Operations & Compliance:
- Strong understanding of banking operations, including account management, KYC/AML compliance, and fraud prevention.
- Collaborate with banking partners to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a secure and compliant platform.
- User Experience & Feedback:
- Prioritize user experience and gather feedback through user research, surveys, and analytics.
- Continuously iterate and improve the product based on user feedback and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders, including IT, marketing, and sales teams.
- Build strong relationships with banking partners and other external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing team to: Align product features and functionalities with marketing campaigns and messaging.
- Provide insights and feedback on marketing materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate on content development and user acquisition strategies.
- Ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
- Proven experience in developing and launching successful financial products.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency swap and payment ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance requirements, and fraud prevention measures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
