AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
- Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns, focused on key AWS priority solution themes and topics that are designed to generate demand for AWS solutions.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns including program/project management, build, QA, deployment, testing, and reporting.
- Analyze digital channel performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize lead acquisition and activation strategy.
- Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated multi-channel campaign strategies.
- Establish and continually improve scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
