Responsibilities
- Technical delivery execution of the team/pod to drive technical excellence
- Create a realistic technical sprint plan and align it with a quarter roadmap with stakeholders
- Collaborate and drive timely and quality delivery with proper technical documentation
- Identify technical challenges worth solving, and create technical design and plan to solve
- Hands-on coding, doing code reviews and story execution
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in technology, establish best practices and share knowledge with the wider team.
- Manage, mentor, and guide technical team members
- Enhance a system that already has a long history with complex business logic.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
