Tasks and duties
- Interacting with customers to provide information about our STAR Confinement services.
- Resolving any issues by addressing and understanding customers' needs.
- Using communication tools such as telephone, email or chat to address customer enquiries and complaints.
- Tracking customer interactions, recording details of enquiries, follow-ups, as well as actions taken.
- Working with other departments or staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sourcing and developing client referrals to build business relationships.
- Monitoring processes and procedures to adhere to company standards and policies.
