Job Description
We are looking for a full-time housekeeper who is interested to join a coliving boutique property management company with a team who are ready to welcome you in our positive and trusting organizational culture. Our serviced apartments are in residential condominiums in the downtown area of Singapore.

Minimum Entry Requirements:
- Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Pays attention to detail when cleaning
- Organized and able to follow a schedule
- Multi-task oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks
- Physically capable of performing the appropriate duties associated with the position
Nice to Have
- Previous experience cleaning preferred; training will be provided
Responsibilities
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Tidying up rooms
- Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area
- Making beds and changing linens
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
- Sweeping/vacuuming, polishing, and mopping hard floors
- Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry
- Ironing clothing items and linen
- Using any cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other cleaning tools
- Keeping bathrooms and kitchen stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
- Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Washing blinds, wash windows, wall , ceilings and woodwork, waxing and polishing a required
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Executing heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as needed
- Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
