Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage high-pressure construction projects, ensuring top-quality standards and adherence to tight deadlines.
2. Adapt sun exposure or hazard environment
3. Need to hands-on and do not mind to getting hands dirty
4. Must be able to work in day or night shift if required
5. Must be able to work in weekend or public holidays if needed
6. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to address and resolve complex challenges.
7. Present detailed reports with prompt, effective solutions for critical issues.
8. Exhibit flexibility in working extended hours, weekends, and traveling frequently between sites.
9. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Proficiency in design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Pro/E, and Revit Architecture CAD.
3. Minimum of 12 years of construction experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role under high-pressure conditions.
4. BCSS (Building Construction Safety Supervisor) certification is mandatory.
5. In-depth knowledge of construction equipment, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
6. Proven ability to maintain composure and excel under extreme pressure.
7. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills for effective team leadership.
8. Expertise in construction areas, including reinforced concrete works, building structural works, landscape works, and M&E fields such as electrical works and ACMV works, as well as metal, railing, and steel structure works.
9. Physical stamina for on-site duties.
10. Willingness to travel between sites using public transportation if company transport is not provided.
11. Flexibility to travel extensively and work in varied environmental conditions.
