- Lead the quality assurance team within the R&D department to ensure product compliance with CAAS, EASA, and other aviation regulations.
- Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for R&D projects.
- Monitor R&D activities to ensure quality objectives and regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide guidance and support to the team to promote quality excellence.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in product development.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in quality assurance management in the aviation industry.
- Strong understanding of CAAS, EASA, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
