Job Descriptions:
- Reports to Project Manager.
- Provide admin duties and clerical supports to project team·
- Create and maintain proper indexes for documents filed in records·
- Distribution of emails and correspondences·
- Document controlling of site records and reports·
- Assist the Project Manager in administrating documents &/or purchase orders·
- Update manpower movement constantly· Compile the documents according to ISO requirements.·
- Assist project team in liaising with Head Office for related administration and personnel matters.·
- Handle with site stationeries ordering.
Job Requirements.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organisation and multi tasking skills.
- Min GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification.
- At least 3 year working experience in project site preferred
