Responsibilities
- Attending queries to patients
- Promote and educate health services/programmes.
- Attend to patient registration.
- Appointment making
- Billing collection
Requirements:
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience, preferably in healthcare sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit to 5.5 days work week (½ day Saturday)
