The Role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and ensure content aligns with the search intent of our target audience, including HR Managers and business decision-makers.
- Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and content to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage technical SEO aspects, including site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, and indexation.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that drives engagement and supports lead generation.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Build and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and online presence.
- Coordinate with web developers to implement necessary changes and improvements on the website.
- Understand buyer personas and leverage insights to create targeted SEO strategies that align with their needs and behaviours.
What Do You Need to Have?
- Candidates need to possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Candidates MUST possess minimum of 5 years of direct SEO experience, preferably from technology (SaaS) industry or Professional Services (outsourcing) industry in a B2B environment.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and experience working with web developers.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
