Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Works with all team members to ensure that each understands their job description, the desired results associated with their work, and the resources available to achieve the results
  • Customer Acquisition: Market research to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain fruitful and meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure best service delivery and outcomes
  • Trains and develops team members to ensure they can perform their duties
  • Plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance rewards and disciplines employees
  • Addresses complaints and resolves problems
  • Ensures the Therapy Centre operates in a high-quality manner at all times
  • Tracks timesheets, scheduling and coordinating of staff
  • Supervises students for internships/externships and delegates authority and responsibility, if applicable
  • Provides weekly communication to Allied Care HQ, ensuring that information, reports, and materials are provided, to clearly describe Therapy Centre activities and progress toward agreed upon objectives
  • Oversees Allied Care inventory
  • Attends all staff or other special meetings as requested
  • Collaborates with Therapists, Psychologists and Allied Care HQ to establish policies and procedures for Therapy Centre operations
  • Be available to staff to respond to emergencies and answer questions
  • Completes appropriate paperwork to comply with insurance and reimbursement guidelines
  • Completes all documentation and paperwork within time constraints posed by various entities
  • Ensures compliance with standards, laws and regulations as directed by regulatory and accrediting organisations
  • Performs other appropriate duties as requested by Therapists / Psychologists /Allied Care HQ

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent coordination skills - can multi-task and have an eye for details in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner - comfortable with learning new softwares and processes
  • Experience in Therapy or Early Intervention Centre would be a strong advantage (love working with kids, especially those with special needs)
