· Installation and Maintenance:
1. RAPID, RMS & Commercial and industrial Project Installation, maintenance work and deployment.
2. Provide 24X7 support for the maintenance team (In case of Emergency Activation)
3. Support All project when activate by the Supervisor.
4. Installation and crimping of LAN cables.
5. Installation and Configuration of Cameras, NVR and all equipment.
6. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance.
7. Perform Preventive Maintenance of equipment
8. Preparation work for installation and Maintenance.
9. Transport products, materials and staff securely to areas/job sites where they are needed.
10. Keeping all maintained equipment and surrounding areas clean and safe to work and to ensure all public areas are not damaged or obstructed in the course of work.
11. Any other Adhoc jobs as assigned.
· Supervisory Duties
12. Supervise Commercial and industrial Project Installation and maintenance work
13. Assist technical team members on the troubleshooting & technical aspects.
14. Assist in Site Recces as and when required.
15. Ensuring Camera Boxes are prepared accurately for the required deployment
16. Ensure preparation work for installation and Maintenance are done before team sets off.
17. Liaise with internal and external parties for maintenance matters as and when required.
18. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity.
19. Ensure Preventive Maintenance of equipment are carried out properly in accordance with Technical SOP provided.
20. Ensure all safety aspects are in order during work, proper PE and Safe Work Procedures are carried out.
21. Ensuring clean and safe workspaces and that public areas are not damaged, disturbed or obstructed in the course of work.
22. Maintain accurate records as per project requirements.
23. Prepare documentation for clients outlining system specifications and configurations.
