Description:
- Respond promptly to shift operations requests as a PCS Advanced User.
- PCS/CMS (Delta-V), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), AMPS, Catalyst (Product Life Cycle Management System), Infrastructure and Cybersecurity and other digital transformation applications / systems used for manufacturing (such as IIoT, Advance Process Control).
- Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor and Shift Lead to perform manual intervention tasks related to the PCS system, ensuring continuous operation of critical processes.
- Execute PCS manual interventions as required, following established procedures.
- Work closely with shift production personnel to address process intervention requests.
- Accurately document all manual intervention activities.
- Assist in reviewing the monthly Advanced User access report.
- Work rotating shifts to support 24/7 production operations.
- Coordinate with other shift automation resources for smooth handovers.
- Contact and assist the duty Automation Engineer in resolving complex technical issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Promptly report any safety incidents.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in Process Automation, preferably in a batch manufacturing environment; Extensive knowledge and experience in process automation system, preferably in Emerson DeltaV
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with writing software test plans, user requirements, and system design documents
- Experience on Automation Compliance projects
- Familiar with process controls equipment
- Strong knowledge of Computerized Systems, Compliance regulations and standards
- Teamwork spirit, good communication skills and training abilities
