Job Responsibilities:
- Design an after-school program.
- Program will include linguistics, arts, mathematics and science, sports for character building and nurturing teamwork
- Evaluate, assess and monitor the effectiveness of the curriculum in alignment with the learning objectives
- Train teachers on program delivery
- Evaluate the development progress of each child and apply customized teaching methods to bring out individual potential
- Be involved in special projects such as planning for local/ overseas recreational activities and documentation of children’s development through videos and photos
Requirements:
- Master degree in relevant discipline
- At least 10-15 years' experience as a Principal in prestigious schools. Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic and positive working attitude
