Our client is hiring for a Marketing Specialist to manage end-to-end planning of both in-person and virtual events in the APAC region. The role involves creating promotional plans, coordinating with stakeholders, building registration sites via Cvent and On24, and ensuring consistency with global event processes. Other jey responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, overseeing event marketing, and maintaining brand guidelines.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of event planning experience for interal and third party events, preferably in Financial Services
- Experience using On24, Salesforce, and Cvent, along with excellent communication and organizational skills
- A bachelor’s degree is required, marketing or event-related qualifications is advantageous
- Ability to travel and handle multiple projects is a must
