Job responsibilities
- Survey market individual deposit interest rate and put forward pricing proposals based on the internal assets and liabilities and capital needs.
- Responsible for research and development, planning and promotionthe of all deposit products.
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and daily operation of all accounts and products; In charge of customer information maintenance system& counter operation.
- Optimize the relevant operation process, modify the management method and operation process of deposit and account,ensuring the development of business in compliance with the regulations.
- Regularly carry out deposit, customer data analysis and assist to prepare for business data submission.
- Organize the training, notification of the latest related business operating specificationsand guide the branches to carry out the relevant business.
- Other works assigned by superiors.
Requirment:
- Education: Degree and above
- Working Experience: 1 year and above
- Competency: Communication and coordination skills
- Experience in financial services, business analysis, product development, financial management
- Enrich and manage data and translate insight into action.
- Ability to meet timelines, prioritize business needs and manage multiple projects requirements simultaneously
- Ownership of results and commitment to goals
- Highly independent and self-motivated with minimum supervision
